GenNx360 Capital Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on industrial and business services companies, today announced that Kay Blackwell has joined the firm as Head of Investor Relations. Ms. Blackwell brings a strong track record across private equity and investor relations, with deep experience supporting institutional fundraising, investor relations and communications, and strategic capital-raising initiatives.

She joins GenNx360 from Neotribe Ventures, where she served as Partner, Investor Relations. Previously, Ms. Blackwell served as Managing Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for Argand Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where she built the firm’s investor relations function and worked closely with global institutional investors.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Blackwell was a senior member of the fundraising team at The Rohatyn Group, and MVision Private Equity Advisers, where she was responsible for building investor relationships and advising global private equity managers on strategic capital-raising initiatives. Prior to joining MVision, Ms. Blackwell spent over nine years with Citi Private Bank in New York and London where she was responsible for private equity, real estate, and private credit product management globally. In this role she was responsible for structuring, distributing, and managing funds, investment oversight, and investor relations.

Ms. Blackwell holds a Master of Science in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Essex in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Blackwell succeeds Carmen Rojas, who has played a central role in building and leading the firm’s investor relations platform and will support a thoughtful and seamless transition through her retirement in June 2026.
