Dragos Announces Rick Kramer as Chief Revenue Officer and Angela Crossman as First Chief People Officer

Former Cisco, Bain & Company executives join Dragos amid rising global demand for OT cybersecurity

Dragos, Inc., the global leader in cybersecurity for operational technology (OT) environments, today announced it has appointed Rick Kramer as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Angela Crossman as Chief People Officer (CPO). Kramer and Crossman bring decades of industry and executive leadership and will drive strategic initiatives that support Dragos’s customers, partners, communities, and employees as demand for Dragos solutions continues to grow.

"Rick's and Angela’s appointments come at a significant phase for Dragos as we continue to expand our global footprint and strengthen our position as industry leaders in OT cybersecurity," said Robert M. Lee, CEO and Co-Founder of Dragos, Inc. "Their leadership and expertise will enhance our ability to deliver the Dragos Platform with the best customer experience on a global scale. Their contributions will make a lasting impact on the safety and security of the world's industrial and critical infrastructure.”

Kramer steps into the role of Chief Revenue Officer with a record of driving market leadership, expanding global revenue, and scaling operations for large enterprises and smaller high-growth cybersecurity companies. With previous leadership positions at Cisco, Kenna Security, and Symantec, Kramer brings exceptional channel credentials and a history of customer success. At Dragos, Kramer will lead sales strategies through direct and indirect channels, build long-term relationships with customers and partners, and pursue aggressive growth targets for the company.

"I’m thrilled for the opportunity to bring Dragos solutions to even more organizations around the world,” said Rick Kramer, Chief Revenue Officer, Dragos, Inc. “I look forward to driving revenue growth for Dragos in an expanding market, but what I’m really excited about is the chance to work with customers and partners to protect the safety and productivity of our communities through the best OT cybersecurity solutions."

Crossman joins Dragos as its first CPO with a distinguished career in human resources including talent and corporate culture development. Previously Crossman served as Chief People Officer for fintech leader Brex and wellness startup Noom, as well as EVP of Talent, Operations, and Global People Analytics at Bain & Company. She also brings a business and consulting background from her earlier time as VP, Strategy and Business Operations at Yahoo. Crossman will lead the Human Resources organization, building systems that align employee performance with professional development and business goals, nurturing a culture that attracts top talent, and supporting and connecting employees so they and Dragos can achieve their full potential.

"Nurturing a strong, inclusive culture is critical for organizations as they achieve rapid growth and scale to become and remain market leaders,” said Angela Crossman, Chief People Officer, Dragos, Inc. “My focus will be on empowering our team to achieve their best, fostering an environment where innovation thrives, and ensuring our people strategies align with our mission to protect the world's critical infrastructure. I look forward to contributing to Dragos's success and making a positive impact on our employees and the communities we serve."

The executive hires follow two recent appointments to the Dragos Board of Directors. William J. (“Bill”) Fehrman, President and CEO of Centuri Group, Inc., and Ekta Singh-Bushell, who has served in management and board roles at Federal Reserve Bank of New York, EY, and high-growth startups, joined the Board in January.

In the past year Dragos was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ of the fastest growing companies in North America for the third consecutive year and received two prestigious SC Awards for Best Industrial Security Solution and Most Promising Unicorn.
