WS Capital Fund and Tom Signorelli Report Two Syndicate Closings in the Healthcare Space

By: Newsfile

West Palm Beach, Florida--(Newsfile Corp. - December 21, 2022) -  WS Capital Series Fund LLC (WS Capital), an American financial company that invests in high-growth and private corporate entities, has announced today that it has decided to finance a recycler in the oil collection space.

WS Capital has worked in the Marcellus Basin in the Eastern United States to put approximately 18 wells in the ground. The company took a $15M position in oil and natural gas and is partnering with an operator to develop the wells. Additionally, WS Capital will continue to assist its middle-market borrowers and investors with the $100M in corporate financings it placed with Qenta Bank.

By working alongside veterans within the world of oil collection, WS Capital hopes to secure a place in this competitive market as a company that can navigate the supply and demand chain in this ever-changing industry.

"Allocating 5M to seasoned industry veterans was a very easy decision for us," holds Signorelli, owner of the company, "The executives know how to navigate supply chain issues, and securing equipment quickly was important."

The company previously funded two significant properties in the United States: a holistic treatment center's real estate acquisition in Lake Worth, Florida, and Pathways Family Medical Center in Oakdale, California. The two closings accounted for $12M in funded projects and added to WS Capital's growing portfolio of private debt assets.

"Taking on the challenge of a shifting industry, 2022 saw our company setting itself up for success. Despite a complex market landscape, we sought out promising opportunities and attractive investments to ensure readiness at launch," Signorelli says. "With eyes focused ahead, our mission is to precisely navigate supply and demand." He and his team at WS Capital explain that they had been planning to begin investing in oil spaces for a while.

WS Capital also previously worked to close on a large group of surgery centers, which can spearhead the company's forward motion as they complete these two projects. "Our goal is to create a robust portfolio heading into 2023," Signorelli confirms. "It is an exciting time for WS Capital, as we are increasing the flexibility and diversity of our offerings for potential investors."
