New Case Intake, Drafting Agents, Depositions and CaseAware AI deliver the next era of legal AI
Supio today announced the expansion of its platform and the launch of its CaseAware AI at Supio Summit 2025. The updates include a new litigation agent suite, new case intake suite, rapid-fire drafting tools, deposition analysis, and a risk-free pricing model designed to accelerate adoption of legal AI across plaintiff-side personal injury firms.
The releases mark an inflection point for the $61 billion U.S. personal injury market, where law firms face mounting pressure to deliver faster, more accurate outcomes. By moving beyond search and summaries to agentic collaboration, Supio is establishing a new model for legal AI: one that actively builds cases, surfaces contradictions, and adapts to the way attorneys work. Early use has demonstrated accuracy rates at or above human levels of accuracy, measured around 97 percent, enabling firms to resolve cases more efficiently and maximize settlement values.
“We’ve seen rapid changes in the field of law from AI and are now entering a new phase: the industrialization of law,” said Jerry Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Supio. “New litigation tools make it easier than ever to draft complaints and analyze depositions. With CaseAware AI, we’re creating technology that thinks and collaborates like a member of the legal team. These new capabilities turn AI into a true second chair, ultimately, strengthening cases as they unfold, giving attorneys sharper insights, stronger arguments, and better outcomes for their clients.”
Supio's new product expansions are designed to give personal injury firms a continuous, intelligent view of their cases, from the first client call through litigation. CaseAware AI is powered by ten expert models, each built for personal injury law, enabling the platform to handle everything from court filings and discovery to trial prep and settlement documents with domain-specific precision.
Key highlights of the new capabilities include:
- Supio Inbound™: A whole new product designed AI-first to enable firms to capture every detail about a case across multiple channels, qualify it, and sign clients quickly. A key feature in Supio Inbound is Supio Voice, a voice-powered agent that augments firm teams with real-time transcription and case detail capture, while also providing 24/7 agent coverage for after-hours inquiries, ensuring nothing is missed and all information flows directly into case files.
- Case Engine™: A pre-litigation suite that includes recently released Instant Timelines and Instant Demands. Instant Timelines start building as soon as medical records are added to the case. Case Signals™ flags treatment gaps, missing bills, and more making sure no stones are left unturned. Instant Demands drafts a detailed demand letter, complete with ICD codes and firm branding, ready for review in minutes. Case Economics™ automates the creation of an interactive billing ledger to track and assess the value of each case. These new capabilities enable firms to uncover every critical detail, build stronger cases faster, and maximize settlement value, all while reducing the manual work that slows litigation down.
- Case Bench™: A new suite of litigation agents that support case strategy, agentic research, document drafting, and deposition analysis - all powered by Supio’s CaseAware AI. Attorneys will be able to leverage drafting agents for complaints, motions, interrogatories, discovery requests, expert disclosures, and more. Supio Depositions will help attorneys prepare for depositions and also transcribe and analyze depositions in real-time to see how the testimony supports or contradicts case theory.
Supio also announced that customers can now try its platform risk free, empowering firms to adopt AI on their own terms. Unlike other legaltech vendors that require customers into long-term contracts for software, Supio gives customers a full range of ways to adopt AI and partner with the innovator in personal injury AI.
"Our job is to ensure our clients get the best representation and the maximum settlement possible,” said Nasser Abujbarah, Managing Partner of Phillips Law Group. “Every case goes into Supio. It accelerates our pre-litigation work and supports us in every step of litigation. Supio gives every Phillips attorney a new superpower to win bigger in every case."
Supio’s product expansions build on a year of rapid growth for the company, which raised more than $91 million total funding, including in a Series B funding from Sapphire Ventures, Mayfield, and Thomson Reuters Ventures earlier this year. More than 27,000 cases have been processed on Supio to date, supporting over $1 billion in settlements in the past year.
The announcements were made at Supio Summit 2025, hosted at Thomson Reuters’ headquarters in New York City. Supio also announced a new strategic partnership with Thomson Reuters, extending the reach of its technology and reinforcing its role as a leader in the transformation of the legal industry.
