Advanced Industrial Devices (AID), a portfolio company of Black Bay Energy Capital, is excited to announce the acquisition of Economy Control Systems (ECS), effective September 8th, 2025. This strategic acquisition strengthens AID’s relentless pursuit of innovation and expansion into the water infrastructure and industrial dewatering markets.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, ECS specializes in developing and integrating custom control panels for water, wastewater, and industrial applications. With more than 30 years of experience, ECS has expanded its presence across the southeastern United States, building a strong reputation for delivering reliable, efficient systems. Their team of experts in quality control, process automation, engineering, and design-build construction is committed to understanding each client’s unique needs.
