Juliana Chugg Elected to VF Corporation’s Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of VF Corporation (NYSE:VFC), a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, has elected Juliana L. Chugg to serve as a director, effective February 10, 2009. Chugg is Senior Vice President at General Mills Inc. and President of Pillsbury USA.

Chugg, 41, has held a progression of leadership roles with General Mills and Pillsbury over the past twelve years. She was appointed to her current role in 2006 and has responsibility for all Pillsbury and Totino’s branded products in the United States, which generate annual revenues of $1.7 billion. She previously served as President of General Mills' Baking Products division, which comprises the Betty Crocker and Gold Medal brands. She also spent five years as managing director of international operations in Australia.

Chugg holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of South Australia.
