Clever Carnivore wants to take the slaughter out of meat production

Biotech startup Clever Carnivore recently opened a new 4,200-square-foot facility in Lincoln Park and has raised $2.1 million in pre-seed funding as it hopes to be at the forefront of the cultivated meat market.
