HealthSTAR Communications Announces Exciting New Changes Within the HealthSTAR Fusion Group

HealthSTAR Communications, a leading independent healthcare communications network, announces new leadership and expanded roles within its full-service medical communications division, the HealthSTAR Fusion Group (HFG).

Lew Campanaro has accepted the role as General Manager of HealthSTAR Fusion Group after 8 years as Senior Vice President of Account Services at HealthSTAR Strategic Engagements. In his new role, Lew will concentrate on expanding HFG’s capabilities, bringing Fusion capability synergies within the HealthSTAR Network, broadening the Fusion value proposition across its client base, and managing the day-to-day business operations.

Cira Montreys, PhD, is moving to the new role of Chief Medical Officer and Innovations Leader across the HealthSTAR Communications Network. Cira will also join the HealthSTAR Network Operating Committee which will facilitate more collaboration across HealthSTAR divisions to continue to offer the most timely, effective, and high-impact scientific and medical communications strategy and content to all HealthSTAR clients, with a focus on industry-leading innovation. “HealthSTAR Fusion Group will continue to deliver state-of-the-art communications by bringing our passion for science, medicine, and technology with innovative and nontraditional strategies to elevate the impact communications across multi-disciplinary audiences,” offered Montreys.

Kathryn Tricarico, PhD, has been promoted to Group Medical Director of the HealthSTAR Fusion Group, where she will assume day-to-day leadership responsibilities for the HFG medical team. Kathryn will continue HFG’s legacy of leading by example and working with her teams to provide excellent medical communication services for its agency-of-record clients.
