Minnesota Department of Health sues Alibi Drinkery for operating without license

Alibi Drinkery, the Lakeville bar and restaurant that was socked with fines for ignoring state-ordered restrictions on indoor dining during the Covid-19 pandemic, is facing a new challenge: The Minnesota Department of Health is suing the business for operating without a food and beverage license.
