How can I buy a SPAC

Hi everyone. I am interested in buying a SPAC (Lion Electric) with NGA (Northern Genesis) which, NGA is listed on NY index. Does this mean that by buying NGA, I will buy in the Lion electric SPAC automatically? Tx for the speedy answer. They will be announcing the merger soon. Daniel
