In order to qualify as an SFC caregiver, specific requirements need to be met. These include living in the same home as the person receiving care, and being at least 18 years old.
Additionally, carers need to be related biologically or through marriage. Finally, the person being cared for needs to be Georgia Medicaid-eligible.
