The fifth model for the Phoenix™ line and upgrade to the unit that started it all in 2008.
With minimal training your staff can produce professionally mounted and or laminated prints using Mount Boards, Pouch Boards and Flexible Film Pouches. Those comfortable can laminate one-sided with cold or thermal roll films, coat boards with mount adhesive, mount with dry mount tissue or apply premask.
The Phoenix™ 440-ML offers 3.5" diameter rollers, a top heated roller for thermal products, adjustable temperature to 302° F, speeds up to five feet per minute, variable gap settings to ¼" and 3" core Quick-Grip film shafts.
The addition of the release liner rewind along with variable temperature control provides easy application of pressure sensitive films to coated medias or those not compatible with high heat settings.
