Minneapolis Car Key Locksmith Now Has Over 250 Favorable Google Reviews

Minneapolis based car locksmith, The Key Guys, has announced they now have over 250 reviews of their service on Google.

The Google reviews indicate The Key Guys services are very well thought of by those that have used them. Evidence of that fact is their consistently high review scores that their customers have given them. Just recently they went over the 250 review mark on Google and the results were very impressive. The average review score of all 250 reviews they had received added up to 4.9 out of a possible 5 stars. That is a customer satisfaction review score number that any business can be proud of.

Bryan Nystrom, a spokesperson for the company, expressed the company’s satisfaction with all of these positive reviews. He says, “I don’t think people realize how much these Google reviews mean to us. It reflects the hard work and effort all of our employees put into their jobs. We make sure our locksmiths are well-trained and show up onsite with a fully stocked vehicle. Our team also prides itself on arriving promptly to get a job done and treating our clients to great customer service. These positive reviews show our efforts are having very positive results.”

The company has also been very proactive trying to help their many customers avoid getting stranded during the cold winter months because someone cannot gain access to their vehicle. On their website, they have posted several auto locksmith tips that will help their customers avoid such things as iced up door locks and drained batteries on remote keys and door opening devices.

Bryan Nystrom, a spokesperson for the company, had this to say about why there is a significant increase in demand for their services during extremely cold weather patterns. Nystrom says, “Winter is not only a season in Minneapolis that is brutal on people. It also wreaks havoc on your auto locks, car keys and transponder devices. Just like cold zaps the power from your car battery, so too does it affect the batteries in your transponder keys, remote devices, key fobs and more. Icing of locks is also a significant concern that leaves people locked out of their vehicles and can result in broken off keys too.”

Nystrom pointed out that there are ways for people to minimize the risk of these events happening so they do not have to get stuck outside in dangerously cold temperatures because they can’t gain access to their vehicles. He offered these helpful tips, “We like to tell our customers to keep their cars under shelter whenever snow, ice or other moisture is present in the air during the winter months. That’s because icing of locks is one of the most prevalent winter problems that we get calls for. Using Parking garages, home garages, carports, and other coverings during adverse weather are much better alternatives than parking on streets, in driveways or open parking lots.”

He went on to add that treating auto locks with WD-40 or graphite coatings may also help avoid iced up locks and carrying a lock de-icer ‘on one’s person’ may come in handy too.

The company spokesperson also encourages people to consider replacing the batteries on their transponder keys, remote devices, and key fobs before the winter season hits. This will make sure someone has as fresh batteries as possible for their remote auto lock devices before the cold weather hits. He points out that this is an auto locksmith service that they offer that is fast and much less costly than people think.
