The Trump administration is seeking to extradite cleric Fethullah Gulen, an enemy of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, to convince the Turkish leader to decrease pressure on Saudi Arabia over the killing of a dissident journalist Jamal Khashoggi, NBC News reported Thursday.
