Murphy Law Firm Investigates Legal Claims on Behalf of the 1,237,681 Individuals whose Personal Information was Exposed in the Data Breach

OKLAHOMA CITY - Aug. 29, 2023 - PRLog -- Murphy Law Firm is investigating claims on behalf of all individuals whose personal and confidential information was potentially compromised in the data breach involving PurFoods, LLC ("PurFoods"). On February 22, 2023, PurFoods discovered indications of a cybersecurity attack on its IT network. Through a subsequent investigation, PurFoods determined that unauthorized cybercriminals successfully infiltrated its system and gained access to, and may have even copied, certain files in its network during the period January 16, 2023 through February 22, 2023. PurFoods further determined that the files accessed or acquired by unauthorized cybercriminals contained the confidential personal information of 1,237,681 individuals. The personal data exposed during the data breach includes:

• Social Security numbers
• Driver's license numbers
• Financial account information
• Payment card information
• Health information
• Dates of birth
