(TSXV: PKT) (OTC: PKTEF) ("Parkit" or the "Company"), announced today that certain officers and directors have been issued an aggregate of 3,695,000 options pursuant to the Company's option plan effective June 30, 2021 with each such option being exercisable into one common share at an exercise price of $1.50 at any time on or before the tenth anniversary of its issuance. Each of the options vested on grant.
