Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd (LSE:RBW, OTC:RBWRF) CEO George Bennett speaks to Thomas Warner from Proactive after announcing a deal to ultimately take complete control of the Phalaborwa project in South Africa after reaching an agreement with current partners Bosveld Phosphates.
