Steve brings nearly three decades of experience in finance and accounting executive recruiting, leading teams in Chicago, Boston, and New York. He began his career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse before transitioning into executive recruiting in 1995. In 1999, he became one of the four original founding partners of Addison Search, helping build and grow successful direct-hire teams. Throughout his career, Steve has been recognized as a top-producing manager, earning five President/Echelon Club awards.
Most recently, Steve led finance and accounting direct-hire teams across multiple major markets, focusing on building long-term client relationships through consultative and transparent communication. His approach as a “player/coach” has helped develop high-performing recruiting teams and deliver top-tier talent solutions.
