FRISCO, Texas - When Erin Waldrop, MA, LPC-S, EMDR-Trained, completed her master’s degree in professional counseling, she stepped into a profession she loved and a system she could not sustain. Founded in 2022 and led by Waldrop as Founder and CEO, Mosaic Way now operates three locations in Frisco, Southlake and College Station, Texas, with a team of more than 20 licensed clinicians. The practice was built around a single core belief: that the first practice to genuinely solve the clinician burnout problem would also produce the best clinical outcomes for clients.
