Melissa Montan will lead March Capital’s marketing strategy, partnership network, and support the firm’s portfolio companies.

Working closely with the firm’s managing partners, Mrs. Montan will lead all marketing and platform initiatives for March Capital and The Montgomery Summit. Mrs. Montan is an accomplished venture capital platform professional with nearly a decade of experience supporting startups and leading fund initiatives. She previously served as Senior Vice President at HSBC Innovation Banking, having launched their Los Angeles office last year, where she delivered tailored banking and financing solutions to the Southern California startup community. Before that, she led platform and community strategies across top-tier venture firms including M13, Clocktower Ventures, and Deloitte Ventures, where she worked with hundreds of startups to accelerate growth through business development, brand building, and ecosystem connectivity.
