NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / February 18, 2026 / TripAdd, the travel technology company transforming how travel brands sell ancillary services, today announced the appointment of Andrew Dias as Chief Operating Officer.

Dias previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Sherpa, where he helped scale the company from pre-seed through its Series A financing - building operational infrastructure, expanding global airline and OTA partnerships, and supporting rapid international growth. Following Sherpa, he held a corporate development role at Plusgrade, focusing on strategic growth initiatives and partnerships across the ancillary revenue ecosystem.
TripAdd CEO Jake Kotzer worked closely with Dias during their time together at Sherpa, collaborating on partnership strategy and growth initiatives.
"I've worked alongside Andrew before and know exactly the level of discipline and clarity he brings to a business," said Jake Kotzer, CEO of TripAdd. "He understands travel distribution deeply, builds strong partner relationships, and executes with focus. As TripAdd continues to expand, having someone of Andrew's caliber leading operations is a major advantage."
At TripAdd, Dias will oversee global operations and strategic expansion as the company continues to help airlines, OTAs, and travel sellers unlock new ancillary revenue streams through seamless, embedded solutions.
"TripAdd is building something that genuinely improves the way travel brands connect high-value services to travelers," said Andrew Dias. "The opportunity ahead is significant. My focus is on executing with precision, strengthening partner relationships, and scaling the platform in a way that delivers measurable impact for our clients."
TripAdd is backed by Blue Ribbon Bags, the global leader in baggage tracking and expedited return services.
"TripAdd represents the future of intelligent ancillary distribution," said Daniel Levine, President of Blue Ribbon Bags. "Andrew brings operational rigor and growth expertise that will help accelerate the company's expansion. We're proud to back TripAdd and support its continued momentum across the travel ecosystem."
