Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 1, 2007, Thor Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing
certain financial results and other information for the quarter and year ended July 31, 2007. A
copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by
reference herein.
