     On January 22, 2007, MasTec, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings guidance for the fourth quarter of and the 2006 fiscal year. The earnings guidance information contained in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02 of this report on Form 8-K.
