Item 8.01. Other Events.
     On March 27, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had priced the two separate public offerings that were the subject of its March 26, 2008 press release. One of the offerings consists of 3,000,000 shares of its Series E cumulative convertible preferred shares with a grant to the underwriters of an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares of the Company’s Series E cumulative convertible preferred shares. The other public offering consists of 2,100,000, increased from 1,500,000, newly issued common shares with a grant to the underwriters of an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 315,000, increased from 225,000, newly issued common shares. These offerings are independent and not conditioned on each other. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
