EXPLANATORY NOTE
This amendment to the Registrants Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2004 is being filed to refile the certifications of Robert W. Grubbs, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Dennis J. Letham, Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, required under Section 302 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Certain language was inadvertently omitted in the original filing. The revised certifications are filed as Exhibits 31.1 and 31.2, respectively.
