On July 8, 2004, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that Harold
Pinto, president of the Fire Rescue Group, is leaving to pursue other interests.
The Fire Rescue Group's senior management team will report directly to Robert D.
Welding, president and chief executive officer, until Mr. Pinto's replacement is
hired. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
