On October 22, 2007, Tom Hull announced his intention to resign as Senior Vice President of
Worldwide Sales of F5 Networks, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company’s press release announcing Mr.
Hull’s resignation, which is expected to be effective in mid-November 2007, is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
