Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 8, 2009, Novavax, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial
results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009 and will conduct a previously announced,
publicly available conference call to discuss those results as well as to provide an update on the
status of the Company’s business operations.
