     On April 2, 2008, Sify Technologies Limited issued a press release to announce that it is adopting the International Financial Reporting Standards as its accounting methodology, effective as of the fiscal quarter and year ending March 31, 2008.

     A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
