Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 28, 2004, Mylan Laboratories Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2004, as well as its earnings guidance for fiscal 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
