On October 25, 2010, Karen Hastie Williams advised The Chubb Corporation (Chubb) that she will resign from Chubb’s Board of Directors effective as of November 1, 2010 for personal reasons. Ms. Williams currently serves as the Chair of Chubb’s Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee and as a member of its Executive and Organization & Compensation Committees.
