On February 16, 2010, RSC Holdings Inc., issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth fiscal quarter and full year ended December 31, 2009, entitled “RSC REPORTS 4Q09 AND FY09 RESULTS; PROVIDES 2010 OUTLOOK.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
