It is with great regret that Celgene Corporation announces that Arthur Hull Hayes, Jr., M.D., a member of its Board of Directors since 1995, passed away on Thursday February 11, 2010. Dr. Hayes served as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. We will miss his leadership and guidance.
