     This filing relates solely to preliminary communications made before the commencement of a tender offer for the outstanding common stock and Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of Global Med Technologies, Inc., a Colorado corporation, by Atlas Acquisition Corp., a Colorado corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Haemonetics Corporation, a Massachusetts corporation (“Haemonetics”).
