ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD.

     On November 11-12, 2009, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), including, Terry Considine, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will meet with investors and analysts at NAREIT’s REITWorld 2009 being held in Phoenix, Arizona. During those meetings, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
