On November 11-12, 2009, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company
(Aimco), including, Terry Considine, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will meet with
investors and analysts at NAREITs REITWorld 2009 being held in Phoenix, Arizona. During those
