ITEM 7.01.		Regulation FD.

     On September 9-10, 2009, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), including David Robertson, Aimco’s President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer, will meet with investors and analysts and participate in a panel presentation at the BMO Capital Markets 2009 North American Real Estate Conference to be held in Chicago, Illinois. During the conference, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. The panel presentation is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, 2009, at 2:30 p.m. Central time.
