BANCOLOMBIA S.A. ANNOUNCES THE DEATH OF A MEMBER
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Medellín, Colombia, September 8, 2009

BANCOLOMBIA S.A. (NYSE: CIB) regrets to inform that Mr. Alfonso Moreno Jaramillo, a member of the Bank’s Board of Directors, passed away on September 7, 2009.

A replacement will be designated at the General shareholders meeting.

The Bank and its directors extend their condolences and sympathies to the family of Mr. Jaramillo.
