Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 3, 2009, PHH Corporation (“PHH”, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) announced its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
