On December 6, 2007, Mylan Inc. issued a press release announcing that it received $26.2
million of net proceeds following the completion of the sale of 1.94 million shares of common
stock pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise of the overallotment option granted in connection with
its recently completed common stock offering. A copy of this press
