The Company will be holding its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 9, 2008 in New York City, New York.

The deadlines for stockholder proposals remain as set forth in the Company’s 2007 Proxy Statement, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 28, 2007.
