The Bank has made the following announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

 

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank will, inter alia, consider the approval of audited accounts for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 at its Meeting to be held on Friday, October 26, 2018, in Mumbai.
