The Bank has made the below disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges:

 

This is further to our letter dated June 6, 2018 filed earlier in the day with the subject “Company Update”.

 

With respect to clarifications sought under paras (a), (b) and (c) of email dated 6th June 2018 received from NSE and the email dated 6th June, 2018 received from BSE. We wish to clarify as under:

 

The article already carries a statement from the Bank that it is yet to receive a copy of the NCLT order. This continues to be the position at the point of sending you this clarification.

 

It is further clarified that the matter does not require disclosure as prescribed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with the Materiality Policy of the Bank.
