We refer to our earlier communication dated April 6, 2018 vide which we had informed you that the Board of Directors of the Bank will, inter alia, consider the approval of the audited annual accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 at its Meeting to be held on Monday, May 7, 2018, in Mumbai.

 

We wish to inform you that the Board at the above meeting will also consider recommendation of dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
