The Bank has made the below disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges:

 

We refer to your email dated April 20, 2018 seeking clarification pertaining to a news item/media report appearing in The Economic Times titled "Videocon Loan case: ICICI Bank rejects call for external audit".

 

The article already quotes a spokesperson of the Bank as stating that the query is ‘baseless and speculative’. The Bank as a policy does not respond to speculative comments made by media. Request you to kindly take this on record please.

 

There is no matter at this point of time which requires disclosure as per Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
