With reference to our earlier announcements dated November 7, 2017, December 15, 2017, March 14, 2018 and March 27, 2018 in relation to the proposed initial public offering of equity shares of our subsidiary, ICICI Securities (“Equity Shares”), we have been informed that Prospectus dated March 26, 2018 of ICICI Securities which was registered by ICICI Securities with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra has been approved on March 27, 2018.
