cellcom israel – correction of clerical error
 
Cellcom Israel, or the Company's, current report of its results of operations for the first quarter of 2014, filed on Form 6-K dated May 14, 2014 included a clerical error in the name of its indirect controlling shareholder group under the heading "Other developments during the first quarter of 2014 and subsequent to the end of the reporting period—IDB." The correct name of the group is the Dolphin - Extra group rather than the Elzstain-Extra group.
