Board Meeting for the
approval of Accounts
The Board
of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited will, inter alia, consider the
approval of audited accounts for the quarter and half-year ended September 30,
2009 at its forthcoming Meeting to be held on Friday, October 30, 2009 in
Mumbai.
