Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

          On January 14, 2005, Ingram Micro Inc. (“Ingram Micro”) issued a press release announcing the promotion of Alain Maquet to senior vice president and president, Ingram Micro Latin America, effective March 1, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, the text of which is incorporated under Item 9.01 of this Form 8-K by reference herein.
