Announcement Regarding the Merger of Turkcell Superonline with Talih Kuşu Altyapı Hizmetleri
Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board
Our Board of Directors took the decision to perform the required underlying work in order to merge our affiliate Superonline İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Turkcell Superonline”) with another affiliate of our Company, Talih Kuşu Altyapı Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Talih Kuşu”) by Talih Kuşu’s being entirely acquired by Turkcell Superonline. The underlying aim for the decision is to simplify group structure, to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
