Announcement Regarding the Independent Auditor Appointment
 
Subject: Statement made pursuant to Communique II-15.1 of the Capital Markets Board
  
Our Company’s board member, Mr. Jan Erik Rudberg, had filed a court case with the request of an independent auditor appointment in relation to our Company’s 2013 financials as required by the Turkish Commercial Code.
  
The related court decided to appoint DRT Bağımsız Denetim Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor of our Company, which was previously appointed by our Board of Directors.
